We hope you have has a good time at Miss30 and satisfied with your purchase; However, you would like to return your order for exchange or refund, please note that we will return it within 7 days of  receiving your order.

Make sure the products and packaging and are in the original condition, with all the labels attached. 

Make sure the item is tried on outside of your underwear - we will not accept the returns that have been damaged or used. 

Underwear is not refundable. 

We can not accept returns of products that have been opened.

Payback: We only offer resizing of the same type of product. If the product is available, replacement products will be dispatched within 7 working days, in case the replacement product has out of stock, it can be replaced with another product of equal or higher value. For replacement products, please contact our Customer Care Hotline.

Gift Voucher: Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable or exchange. Items purchased through gift certificates can be exchanged for size or you can be debited with equivalent value.

In-store returns: 

Our website does not accept returns of items purchased from stores. For in-store purchases, you will be able to redeem your item at the store within 07 days of purchase.

Please note that Miss30 does not refund. Merchandise can only be exchanged when they are returned in complete condition with the attached labels and receipts, as proof of purchase. Online purchases can not be returned at the store.
